Special Note: No written or driving tests are given from the FLOW Bus. Real Estate Tax Payments- Only debit or credit cards as forms of payment. When paying by credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet., a non-refundable convenience fee of 2.39%(minimum $2.50) will apply to each transaction. Local Business Tax Receipt- Only debit or credit cards as forms of payment. Fees: Driver's License - $48.00 Identification Card - $25.00 Driver's License late fee - $15.00 Financial Responsibly - $150.00 to $500.00 Suspensions - $15.00 to $60.00 (or more) Permanent Disable Parking Permits are free Temporary Parking Permits - $15.00 Base Vehicle Registration Fees (Examples - Subject to Change): Private Cars (by weight): 2,499 pounds: $28.10, 2,500-3,499 pounds: $36.10, 3,500+ pounds: $46.10. Forms of payment:Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, or mobile wallet. A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.39% (minimum $2.50) will apply to each credit card transaction.
